quite yet

today is a bad day to go sentosa..cos there's lots and lots of people lor..the siloso beach was flooded with hunks and bikini girls...then the worse thing is there wasn't any avaliable vball court for us to play...cos all the players there too pro liao lar...if it was bball then we sure go trash them one..haha..yup...accompanied along was ah bu,sabrina and jing ting..of cos the guys r me wei liang edwin Ben and kok ping.. lucky din rain at all cos the weather in the morning wasn't that good...hehe....although we din get to play vball but sure we had fun swimming, kayating and others....ya wei liang and kok ping suddenly got this maddness of catching the small fishes in the sea which was almost impossible to me but some how they still manage to catch a big one...pro sia...haha...not 4getting to mention..we also saw Sheng Juan and Hanni at there...SJ sure had slim down alot lor...but hanni..aiyo..skinny bonney girl...ooops...pai seh...

think i had to go wat and train up more..cos i realise i'm very skinny oso lor...damn irritated..kaoz...maybe trying out some weight gainer and protein to build up some muscles...intend to reschedule my programmes...gonna go train train and train.so people wish me luck..hope i wun be mentally and physically break down ba...
